QLYMPICS 2026 brought QNX employees together for a day of friendly competition, teamwork, and camaraderie, creating an opportunity to connect beyond the workplace while putting team spirit and excellence into action.
Held on September 11, 2026, at the Met Park Sports Center in Pasay, the annual event featured participants from QNX, together with registered employees from Questech (QNX’s sister company).
A Day of Competition Across Four Sports
This year’s QLYMPICS introduced a new format, with all four events held in a single day: men’s basketball, mixed volleyball, badminton, and pickleball. As in previous editions, participants competed under Team Blue and Team Orange, setting the stage for another day of friendly competition and team spirit.
The competition opened with men’s basketball, where Team Blue secured a narrow one-point victory, with Orven Tardaguilla recognized for his standout performance. Team Orange answered in mixed volleyball, winning the deciding third set, with Brylle Paraoan earning top honors. In badminton, Team Orange claimed another win, with Kryzza Ilagan recognized for her performance, while Team Blue secured the pickleball match, with Clarence Bozar earning recognition for his standout play.
After the points from all four events were tallied, Team Blue retained its title as the reigning QLYMPICS champion, earning the highest overall score across the competition. The four standout players were individually recognized, while the winning team also took home a cash prize for its overall victory.
More Than the Scoreboard
Beyond the results, QLYMPICS 2026 provided an opportunity for employees to connect outside the workplace, build new relationships, and strengthen the sense of teamwork shared across QNX and Questech.
In his closing remarks, QNX Chairman Angelo R. Balili highlighted the value of teamwork and camaraderie, expressing his appreciation for seeing employees from both organizations come together to compete and enjoy the occasion.
More than determining a winning team, QLYMPICS 2026 celebrated the connections, energy, and collective effort that make teamwork possible.
