QNX at 39: A Celebration of Faith, Gratitude, and Service

On September 30, QNX marked its 39th anniversary with a Thanksgiving Mass at White Cross Children’s Home in San Juan, bringing together its leaders and employees for a meaningful celebration of faith, gratitude, and service.
The occasion offered an opportunity to pause and reflect on the journey that has shaped QNX through the years, while looking ahead with the same sense of purpose that continues to guide the organization.
A Celebration Rooted in Faith and Gratitude
The Thanksgiving Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Rogelio “Ogie” Orpiada, who shared a special connection with QNX in his homily. Reflecting on his journey with the company through the years, Fr. Ogie spoke about the organization’s growth and transformation and the role of its leadership and people in shaping that journey.
He recalled how QNX has continued to grow with purpose and direction, evolving into an organization that brings people together, encourages involvement, and creates opportunities for its people to contribute. In this sense, QNX has become more than an organization that provides opportunities for work and growth. It has also become a venue of participation, where people can take part in something greater than themselves.
The celebration served as a reminder that milestones are not only occasions to look back, but also opportunities to recognize the people, relationships, and shared efforts behind every chapter of the organization’s journey.
From Thanksgiving to Service
Following the Eucharistic celebration, QNX employees spent time with the children of White Cross through a gift-giving activity.
The gathering included a shared meal and the distribution of toiletries, groceries, and school supplies. Questronix Group of Companies CEO and QNX Chairman Angelo R. Balili also extended financial assistance to help address the needs of the children.
More than the gifts themselves, the activity created an opportunity for the QNX community to come together and share time, resources, and care with others.

QNX Employees Participate in Blood Donation Drive with Philippine Red Cross

QNX employees came together on September 16 at 178 Yakal for a blood donation drive conducted in coordination with the Philippine Red Cross, carrying the message “Together, We Can Save Lives.”
The activity gave employees an opportunity to contribute to the blood supply for patients who may require transfusion as part of their medical care. The collected blood will be sent to the Philippine Red Cross Blood Center, where it will be made available to patients in need.
The drive resulted in 21 bags of blood donated by participating QNX employees. Each contribution adds to the available blood supply and may help support patients during critical medical situations.
Through the collective participation of its employees, QNX continues to support initiatives that provide meaningful contributions to the community.

On June 19, 2026, 35 QNX volunteers spent an afternoon in Baseco, Tondo, coming together for a simple but meaningful purpose: to give back.
What began with a prayer quickly turned into an afternoon filled with laughter, games, smiles, and shared moments. 200 children aged 12 and below received packed meals, snacks, school supplies, clothes, and toys. But beyond the gifts, what we hoped to share most was encouragement, hope, and the reminder that they are seen, valued, and capable of achieving great things.
Throughout the program, volunteers, community leaders, and speakers shared messages centered on the importance of education, making good choices, and setting positive examples for the next generation. Parents were reminded of the powerful influence they have on their children's future, while the children were encouraged to study hard, dream big, and believe in their potential.
